The best nail colors for this summer season are bright pinks, vibrant corals, and neons. The keyword here is bright, your polish should stand out and add a splash of color to your wardrobe. Summertime style is about being fun and frivolous, so next time you go to the salon instead of choosing that subtle (read, boring) translucent pink opt for a fun hot pink. Be fearless, the tanner your skin the brighter color you can go. However, if you worry that these colors may be too bright for you then try the color on your toes first.

Miami Fashion Week Swim 2011 has wrapped up and we've seen the latest in swim fashion from designers Trina Turk, Ed Hardy, Poko Pano and Nicolita. This 5-day show highlighted bright colors, bold prints, metallics, and cutouts. This group of designers contrasted each other, Trina Turk and Luli Fama were outstanding and gave us some fresh new swimsuits that are guaranteed to be hit next summer.

Loose waves; white, restrained dresses; and sparkling metallics dominated the evening at the Premios Juventud 2010 award show.

Shakira, Amelia Vega and Belinda were the most vibrant, while others arrived on the 'blue carpet' with much more subdued dresses and styles.
